Healthcare International is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Adhere to established protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines or your home country
• Clinical, bedside experience preferred but not required for initial interview
• NCLEX preferred but not required for initial interview
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic health environment
• Compassionate nature and commitment to providing patient centered care
